THE TESTIMONY CAME FROM CHARLES SPIESEL, WHO SAYS CLAY SHAW WAS THE HOST OF THE NEW ORLEANS PARTY. SPIESEL ALSO SAYS DAVID FERRIE WAS AT THE PARTY. SHAW, FERRIE AND LEE HARVEY OSWALD ARE CHARGED BY NEW ORLEANS DISTRICT-ATTORNEY JIM GARRISON AS CO-CONSPIRATORS IN A 1963 PLOT TO KILL KENNEDY. [STRIKETHROUGH: BOTH FERRIE AND OSWALD ARE DEAD. EARLIER, AN ADMITTED DRUG ADDICT TESTIFIED HE WITNESSED A FLEETING BETWEEN OSWALD AND SHAW ABOUT FIVE MONTHS BEFORE KENNEDY WAS KILLED.]"
