hold a public hearing in West Dallas tommorow nights on simmerial racial troubles in the area. The 21 member commission held an un-announced meeting on the situation last weekend. The incident that started last weeks violencd was a rock throwing fight near the Thomas Edison Jr. High School in which an 18 month old child was critically injured.
