In the Indo-China war, The Cambodian High Command says its troops have repulsed an enemy attack North of the capital of phnom penh in a 9-hour fight. But, there are reports that many North Vietnamese and Viet Cong troops remain in the area, about 40 miles Northeast of the Capital. In Saigon, security forces have been reinforced around the U.S. Embassy...in expectation of new demonstrations over the shooting of a Vietnamese student by an American soldier earlier in the week.
