BOOTH .. . Zi TI .Jacksboro *lighschool was only an old red brick building
in 1928.... .42 years ago, when Guy Kemp hired on as
school custodian....Uvur the years, Kemp, hip face
wrinkled by 82-years of life and hard work has
endeared himself to hundreds of people. The
school building, its grounds, the students and
teachers have been his life.
The '-acksboro ex-students association has :n- n
remembered Guy on s-ecial o cazsionc....but, this
year, they wanted to present him with something
special, something pertinent. A call went out And
contributions have been fliMing in from all over.
This afternoon, formal dedication of the Guy Kemp
Memorial Fountain was one of the more memorable
moments of this years' hVomecolming.HIT SOF CAX2T
