Tarrent county servicemen killed in Viet Nam. He works from
photographs and snapshots....in a tiny studio he improvised
himself behind the rear of his home at 1401 S. Adams.
He discovered his talent almost by accident while trying
out a set of watercolors he had bought for his children.
Day enjoyed them so much Mrs. Day provided a set of oils
and painting has been his hobby ever since.
He explains how he started paiting M portraits of
war casulaties.

Day himself was wounded tiwce while serving under Gen Patton
at Normandy in WT 2.
