Mary Jo Erdberg, educational

of August with $70,000 in personal sales,
while the center itself had over $100,000 in
sales. Davis, who has been with the Com-
pany for five months, has been appointed
to manage RSCC 7300-Lombard, Ill."C" Class graduates

Lazarus joined the Company in
June 1976 as a manager-trainee at
Store 8721-Columbia, S.C. In Sep-
tember 1976, he was named to the
manager's position at Store 9604-
West Columbia, S.C. Managerial
appointments to Store 8751-
62Greenville, S.C. and to Store 9613-
Spartanburg, S.C. followed. In
November 1979, he was appointed
manager of Store 1966-McLean,
Va. Lazarus was promoted to man-
age District 0860 in January 1982.
During his Radio Shack career,
Lazarus has earned several impor-
tant awards. He received the
Winged Victory award for the Pitts-
burgh Region in FY '83 and the
President's Club award in 1978.
Lazarus also earned membership
in the $100,000 Club, the $150,000
Club (three times) and the
$350,000 Club.
In his role as RCMM, Lazarus
oversees 17 computer centers and
31 CMR departments. He viewsthe main part of his job as "train-
ing, training, training." His goal is
to turn out a sales group of profes-
sional, well-disciplined people.
Liotta speaks
John Liotta (standing), Pittsburgh NAR, ex-
plains how to sell large accounts at one of
District 0542's CMR training sessions. The
sessions were videotaped for future use
with new employees and for review by cur-
rent CMRs.
