Called to order at 7:15 pm

Flag ceremony were generally discussed, a total of 8 members
and guests were in attendance.
Generally discussed sending a letter from the chapter president
to members of the chapter along with emails in regards to
suspending the chapter and the Board unanimously agreed to send
the letter.
Peter and the president agreed to jointly handle the mailing
and emails to the members. All members will be notified in
regards to the pending suspension of this chapter, the chapter
requires members involvement.
Officers have been serving multiple terms due to lack of
interest to serve as officers from the membership.
The president then provided general information regarding the
exploits of Columbus
The meeting adjourned at 7:40pm
