CAMPUS HOMES
Women who cannot be assigned to residence halls may live in a cam-
pus home on permission of the Dean of Women. Men who do not live
in the dormitories may make their own living arrangements in private
homes in Denton. A list of these homes where men and women may live
may be obtained from the student deans. In so far as possible, the cam-
pus homes follow the same general procedure as the residence halls and
the same general regulations apply.
Course Value
All courses are valued at three semester hours unless otherwise
specified.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADVANCED DEGREES
The Master's Degree
1. The candidate must earn thirty to thirty-six hours of graduate
credit, depending upon the degree sought, and complete a residence re-
quirement of at least one academic year or its equivalent in summer
sessions. At least one half of the required thirty to thirty-six hours must

tions.
3. The grading system for graduate students is the same as that
used by the College for undergraduate students, namely, A, B, C, D, E,
F, X, Q, W, graduate credit being allowed for grades of A, B, and C
only. An average of B must be maintained.
