Biffle wears a logo-decorated black hat, a red and black jumpsuit with various white texts on it, and a black jacket with logos on it. The black belt around the waist of Biffle's jumpsuit has his full name stitched across its center in white. Biffle raises a metallic trophy with a black circular base above his head as he closes his eyes and opens his mouth. A liquid sprays towards Biffle from an unseen source at the right edge of the photo, dousing the right sleeve of his jacket. Left of Biffle is a woman dressed in a light blue shirt and gold bracelets shields herself against the airborne liquid by raising her arms in front of her face. To the right of and behind Biffle are two men dressed in pale tan hats and red and black shirts who stand watching Biffle. The label describes the man as having won the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series trophy after winning the title at Texas Motor Speedway in the O'Reilly 400.
