[News Clip: Council, Fire] (Video)
Video footage from the WBAP-TV station in Fort Worth, Texas, to accompany a news story about a fire in Irving, Texas, that destroyed one home, damaged a second, started a grass fire in surrounding fields, and sent a burning station wagon driving off by itself - officials suspect the car was in reverse gear and that the fire somehow shorted the ignition, allowing the car to start. Also includes a story about dissatisfaction with some phases of the Fort Worth, Texas, city budget of almost 22-and-a-half million dollars, the highest budget in Fort Worth history at that time.
