[News Clip: Irma E.L. Sephas at NTSC]

Video footage from the WBAP-TV station in Fort Worth, Texas, to accompany a news story about Irma E.L. Sephas, the first African American student to attend North Texas State College. Footage shows Mrs. Sephas on campus. She is interviewed about her experience at the school. At the end of the film, President James Carl “J. C.” Matthews is shown seated at a desk. Video begins without sound but there is audio starting in the middle of the clip.
