ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
The manager directs and coordinates the human and
physical resources of organizations. At N T S U, the
administrative management program is designed to
provide the student with the administrative knowledge and
skills needed to meet the managerial challenges of the
future. This general management degree allows a variety of
course selections to meet individualized career objectives.
The program orientation is pragmatic in nature while still
developing the conceptual bases required for flexible
implementation of managerial expertise. Therefore,
graduates should be equipped to successfully perform in
administrative positions at all levels in the organization,
but especially at the middle and executive levels.
The administrative management program builds on the
foundation provided by the core requirements and
provides in-depth coverage of organization development,
the operations function, leadership and motivation,
strategic planning and goal setting, and systems analysis.
Since career choices are extremely varied, graduates
typically find employment opportunities in privateinstitutions and in governmental and educational
institutions. With rapid changes and increasing complexity
in the business world, the demand for students with
graduate level degrees in administrative management is
expected to remain high.6
