Description

An aerial photograph of students in a line, during an outdoor commencement ceremony during the summer of 1935. Many of the students are standing on the risers, which have been placed near the Power Plant and the campus Greenhouse, while other students are still taking their places. There are many spectators, possibly faculty, family and friends on the sidelines. The Education Building is in the background on the right.

In 1935, this class was described as the largest class to date. North Texas students had the choice of nineteen majors in seven fields (education, science, art, language, social science, vocational education, and physical education).
