Steady precipitation that varies between a drizzle
and a rain inundates large sections of south Dallas,
and puts residents there to remembering the repeat
of the same scene in seasons past. Those who've
already been removed by boat look down River Oaks

Road, where itie South Central Expressway.
River Oaks is closed by high water, cutting normal
6 entry to Tracey Courts, which is *a group of homes
a few hundred yards from the Central Expressway. As
in the past, the area falls victim to Five-Mile
Creek. Four families were moved out -- the others,
who take a wait-and-see attitude, learn the water
is slowly dropping at around noontime today.
The picture is the same all along South Central,
where the muddy water submerges low-lying real
estate.One mile south of River Oaks Road, high water also
