Also facing a charge of representing himself as
an FBI agent is 34-year-old Albert Mike Sferra,
of Las Vegas. Officers allege Sferra, and a man
still unidentified, were with Newton when theincident occurred.
Sferra also is involved in
the swindling case with Newton and a former Las
Vegas beauty queen, 28-year-old Marley Sanderson.
Miss Sanderson, although not accused of posing as
an FBI man, finds herself in more trouble to.day.
She is charged with unlawful possession of codiene,
a felony, and unlawful possession of barbiturates,
