The Texas Stonewall Democratic Caucus
Bylaw Article III. Membership
Section 2. The Executive Board shall set annual membership dues in March in each year.
Individual dues shall be paid by May 31st of each year. Local LGBT Democratic Club
dues, in place of individual dues, shall be due at the end of each quarter for each new and
renewed Club member and payment shall be accompanied by a list of names and contact
information of Club members for whom personal dues are being paid. This list shall also
be provided to the Secretary.
Texas Stonewall Democratic Caucus dues are currently $5.00 per new or renewed adult
local Club member payable quarterly paid at the same time as the $10.00 dues per new or
renewed local Club member is paid to the National Stonewall Democrats. Chapter will
be given a grace period of two (2) quarters to pay their dues. Iffppg are not paid by that
time, the Chapter will be considered to be inactive. Q-- a ."c- -b-- -
The Stonewall Young Democratspay '/2 the dues of the adult Club. The $2.50 per
member dues is done to encourage membership of students. The Stonewall Democrats of
Dallas Club adult club pays the dues of its Stonewall Young Democrats. This is done at
the option of the adult Club. If the adult club pays the dues, then the President and Vice
President of the Young Democrats Club are eligible to vote in Texas Stonewall
Democratic Caucus business.
If a person lives in an area that does not have a local Club and they wish to join the Texas
Stonewall Democratic Caucus, then the dues are $35.00 per individual. $25.00 will be
retained by TSDC and $10.00 will be sent to the National Stonewall Democrats by TSDC
at the end of the current calendar quarter.
Dues are due at the end of each yearly quarter for each new and each renewed member of
the Club. Dues must be paid by the local Club in order for the Directors to have a vote
on the Executive Committee. The only exception to this is that everyone has a vote that
attends the Biennial Texas Democratic Party Convention Texas Stonewall Democratic
Caucus General Meeting. Club Treasurers that have no new or renewed members in the
preceding quarter, should still report quarterly that there was no change in their club
status to the TSDC Treasurer, so the list of eligible voting Directors can be maintained.
Dues should be sent directly to the TSDC Treasurer and not to our Post Office Box. This
guarantees speedy cashing of Clubs' checks. Send quarterly dues to: Al Daniels, 4210

Quarterly dues payments to TSDC shall be accompanied by a list of new and renewed
members for whom dues are paid in an Excel landscape format: Title i.e. Stonewall
