with serves notice of the filing with the Public
Utility Commission of Texas of an Application for
a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity for a
proposed 138.000 volt transmission line be-
tween CPL’s Ingleside Substation in San Patricio
County. Texas and CPL’s proposed Homeport
substation in San Patricio County for the pur-
pose of serving the United States Navy’s Naval
Station Ingleside.
The proposed electric transmission line will ori-
ginate at CPL’s ingleside substation located on
Ave. B in Ingleside, Texas.
THENCE, a distance of approximately
1.200 ft in a Southwesterly direction, parallel
and adjacent to Avenue B;
THENCE a distance of approximately 4,600
ft in a Southeasterly direction, parallel to Eighth
St;
THENCE a distance of approximately 6.000
ft. in a Southeasterly direction, parallel and adja-
cent to Sun Pipeline Company’s petroleum pipe-
line;
THENCE, a distance of approximately
8,400 ft. in a Southwesterly direction, crossing
FJd. 1069 to the termination point at CPL’s
