Beeler Abernathy of Dallas, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Gib Abernathy ol
Palo Pinto, will be married Satur-
day afternoon at 4 o’clock in
Whitesboro, Texas, to Miss Vallie
Kennedy of that city. Mr. Aber-
nathy and Miss Kennedy met in
State Teachers College, Denton,
where they were students together
Miss Kennedy is the attractive
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. J.
Kennedy of Whitesboro, and
popular member of the younger
set of that city. She is a graduate
of the Whitesboro High School.
She was a student at State Teachers
College until mid-term. Since their
work while local labor had been
discontinued. This certainly isn’t
fair, and the county officials are
doing all in their power to remedy
the situation.
WPA has ruled that only trans-
ients could work on the west end
has been honored at many lovely
shokrtrs and other social events in
Whitfclboro.
Mr. Abernathy is a graduate of
Mineril Wells High School and of
State Teachers College, Denton.
At present he is associated with
the Burroughs Adding Machine Co.

Unknown Heirs and Legal Representa-
tives and Assigns of all the above de-
fendants are Defendants, and a brief
statement of Plaintiffs cause of action
being:
That on January 1st A. D. 1936, He
as Administrator of the Estate of J. S.
Wilson, Deceased, was legally seized
and possessed of Hie land and premises
hereinafter described, to-wit:
Being 80 acres Of land off of the
North side of T. E. & L. Co. Survey
2696, Abstract No. 667, in Palo Pinto
County, Texas, and more fully describ-
ed by metes and bounds as described in
the Petition.
That the above named defendants and
each of them on the year last aforesaid,
did unlawfully enter upon said premises
and ejected Plaintiff therefrom and un-
lawfully withholds from Plaintiff the
possession to Plaintiff’s damage in the
sum of One Thousand and No/100 Dol-
lars ($1000.00).
Plaintiff alleges that he now has and
those whose title he has and under
whom he claims have had peaceable,
continous, and adverse possession of
said land and premises, cultivating,
using and enjoying the same and having
the same fenced for a period of ten
years before the commencement of this
suit, and Plaintiff further alleges that
he has peaceable possession of said land
and premises for more than 26 years.
Wherefore Plaintiff prays for Citation
by Publication and that on final hearing
hereof he have Judgement for the title
and possession of said land and premises
and for a writ of restitution and that
the cloud over his title be removed and
that he be quieted in his title and for
Judgement for costs in this behalf ex-
pended, and for all other relief that
may be proper and right and he will
ever pray.
