of the school here, was a visitor in
Palo Pinto Tuesday. Mr. Dun-
ning will teach at Lipan next
school term.
The revival meeting at Cedar
Springs Methodist Church will be-
gin Friday night, July 30. Rev.
. T.D. Ellisof Eiiasville will do tha
preaching. Everyone is cordially
; invited to attend.
R. T- Exell has sold his interests
at the Sinclair Station. Metcalfe
Gap to Sam Crenshaw. Mr. and
Mra. ExeU have moved to Sweet-
water and are located at the Exell
Hotel in that city.
Mra W. B. Arthur and children
left this week for Lubbock* Texan
where they will make their home.
Mr. and Mrs. Reach recently pur-
chased their home, filling station
apd tourist camp and are now Hi
voharge.
Members of the Mgthodist Mis-

this week. There will be lots of

Mra G V. Whatley went to Gra-
ham Tuesday to visit her daughter,
Mra William Ford. Jarvis Ford,
her little grandson is much im-
proved after a case of infantile par-
alysia Her husband and Mrs. Joe
Whatley accompanied her to Gra-
ham.
Funeral services wer* held last
Monday, July 19, at Morgan Mill
Tabernacle for Mra Alice Danley,
69, who died Sunday afternoon at
Santo at the borne of her daughter,
Mra Earl Chestnut Services ware
conducted by tha Rev. Mr. Baas
who waa bar pastor.

Breckenridge assisted William
Arch Jonea in district court here
during the Jack Rayburn bank
robbery case. Mr. Jonas was busy
preparing another court record
and did not haya time to take
down tha Rayburn case.
Albert C. Beaty of Palo Pinto,
Texas, was among the winners at
tha annual Cititena Military Train-
ing Camp wrestling tournament at
Fort Sill. Oklahoma, which opened
last week. Beaty, a 112-pounder
defeated Glen Ferguson of Elk
City, Okla., by a time advantage of
1:50 in tha hardest fought duel of
the evening.

G B. Blood worth who died at her
home hi Oran Sunday
Burial was made in the Lynn Creek
Cemetery near Antelope in Jack
County.
Mrs. Blood wortk was 3fi years of
age and had lived in Oran end
SaleaviUe for the past eleven years.
She and Mr. Blood worth were mar-
ried Dec. 4, 1919.
She is survived by her parents.
Mr. end Mrs. Joe E. Moore, her
husband and ona daughter, Evelyn
Louvenia, two brothers, Bert and
Doyle Moore, all of Oran.
