Some wag on the field remarked that the V/ACs are bound to be
first in everything because everybody follows them. At any
rate, they*re right up there on top in bonds, with 100# par-
ticipation and 15 .5% percentage of gross pay* Now, if we
could only get the rest of the squadrons and detachments in
that 100# bracket, we*d have something0 And you would have
something too, brother. . . When this war is all over. . .
that somethin^ being a nice little nest-egg of savings0 How
about it?
