array of evidenoe to show that

Farmers can grow two orops of
the finest feed on the same
ground at the same time by
planting oowpeas in the corn at
laying by. The pea orop, of
seed and vines, is a dear gain,
because it does not interfere
with the oorn, and the oorn does
not affeot the yield of the peas.
For this purpose whippoorwill
peas are prefered by Georgians,
who are supposed to be author-
ty on oow-peas as well ae
goobers. Whippoorwill peas
stand up straight and are quite
productive.—Farm and Ranch.
