peoplt seem to be Informed as to the
natiiι·- of the three constitutional
amendments to be voted on and as
a consequence they are not running
over one another to get to the polls.
Less than one hundred votes had
beet) polled In Waxaliachie at 1
o'clock. Every citizen of the town
should vole before 7 o'clock if it is
possible to get to the polls. The
adoption of one amendment will
validate $N000 worth of bonds held
by the permanent school fund of Hi-

every citizen of the town to vote for
the amendment giving cities with a
population of not less than ΓιΟΟΟ an
opportunity to secure a commission'
