RULES BY WHICH CONTEST WILL BE COKBUCTED.
Any lady married or single over fifteen years of ago living
anywhere may enter the contest for tho premiums offered to adults.
Any boy or girl under fifteen years of age living anywhere
may enter the contest for the premiums offered to children.
Votes will be counted each day at noon.
Votes will not bo given on paia subscription to any person for
less than three months to the DAILY or one year to the WEEKLY
or more than three years in advance to the Daily Light or four
years in advance to the Weekly Enterprise.
No one shall carry a key to the voting box except the contest
manager who will show no partiality to any certain one.
No contestant shall be allowed to throw' his or her votes to an-
other.
No contestant shall be allowed to hold cash subscriptions over
two days. The contest management retains the right to “reserve" a
majority of every contestant's votes until the close of the contest.
Coupon books will be furnished the contestants from the Light and
Enterprise office.
Contestants may phone write or go anywhere in the world for
subscribers.
Special voting coupons will be offered to contestants from time to
time during the contest.
In event of a tie for any of the premiums the value of the premiums tied
for will be divided equally among those tying.
Any ono answering the requirements set forth in the contest rules
may nominate themselves as contestants.
No one will be allowed to turn in an old subscription as a new
one by changing their paper to another party at the same address.
NO SUBSCRIBERS WILL BE ALLOWED VOTES UNLESS THEY
ASK FOR THEM WHEN PAYING THEIR SUBSCRIPTION.
No subscriber changing delivery of paper to home from place of
business or vice versa will be considered new.
