Plaintiff alleging that on the 25th
day of December, 1923, he was, and is,
the owner in fee simple to the follow-

That afterwards, on said last named
date, the defendants unlawfully enter-
ed upon and dispossessed said plaintiff
of such premises, and withholds from
him the possession thereof.
That the defendants are setting up
some claim or pretended claim to said
above described lands under the pat-
ents thereof, the nature of which is
unknown to plaintiff, and which is
a cloud upon plaintiff’s title thereto,
and which he pra3 S to be cancelled
and removed therefrom.
That plaintiff, and those under
whom he claims title to said lands,
have had peaceable, continuous and ad-
verse possession thereof, claiming the
same under deeds duly registered, pay-
ing all taxes thereon as they become
due, cultivating, using and enjoying the
same for a period of more than five
years next preceding the filing of this
suit, and have also had peaceable, con-
tinuous and adverse possession of
same, cultivating and enjoying the
same for a period of more than ten
