INVITATION FOR BIDS
The City of Alto will receive bids
for sewer collection system
rehabilitation at City Council
Chambers, City Hall, 106 Busy B
Street, Alto, until 10:<X) a m., Wed-
nesday, February 3, 1988, at which
time and place all bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids are invited upon the several
items and quanitities of work as
follows: miscellaneous manhole,
collection line, and sanitary sewer
line rehabilitation and repair.
All quantities are estimated and
subject to change. One contract will
be awarded for construction of these
improvements.
Contract documents, including
drawings and technical
specifications, are on file at the of-
fice of The C. T. Brannon Cor-
poration. 3300 South Broadway.

One set of proposal, contract, and
bonds, plans and specifications may
be obtained at the office of The C. T
Brannon Corporation, 3300 South
Broadway, Suite 206. Tyler, Texas
75701, upon deposit of $50 00 to
guarantee return of said documents
Deposit must be in the office of The
Brannon Corporation prior to ship-
ment of plans and specifications
Additional sets may be purchased
for $45 per set Partial sets cannot be
released. Upon safe return of a
qualified bidder’s set within four
teen days after the bid opening, a
refund of the entire deposit shall be

bidder's set seven days prior to bid
opening a refund of the entire

not less than the minimum salaries

must ensure that employees and ap-
plicants for employment are not

to reject any or all bids or to waive
any informalities in the bidding
