tion heretofore taken in refusing
to pay for wolf and cat scalps and
entered an order appointing the
county judge special agent to re-

and that such board of health
take such actions as is necessary
under said law to make the same
effective with said limits of said
town of San Saba

up railing for hitching purposes
so as to protect courthouse fence
also to construct walks from the
court house fence to sidewalks
The county treasurer was au-
thorized to transfer from general
fund amount necessary to meet
jail bond and interest also to
transfer sufficient funds to the
jury fund to meet expenses of the
approaching session of district
court

favorably known throughout Mills
and San Saba counties will have
charge of the house at Goldthwaite
and will be assisted by Mr Tom
Scott long connected with the
firm at Lampasas Goldthwaite
is to be congratulated upon the ac-
quisition of this new and enter-
prising business house to its firms
and McHenry Ballard will
without doubt find it a profitable
venture
