ordered by the Court that all funds,
including the School Funds, now
owned by or hereafter acquired by
Edwards County, Texas, be hereafter
deposited with and placed in the cus-
tody of the said Peoples State Bank
of Roeksprings, Texas, when the said
Peoples State Bank shall have given
the bonds as required by'law for said
funds, and the said Peoples State
Bank ,of Roeksprings, Texas, is here-
now selected and designated as the
Depository of the funds and credits
of Edwards County, from date of the
approval of such required bonds for a
period of two years and ending sixty
days after the time fixed by law for
the next selection of a depository for
said Edwards County.
It is further ordered by the Court
that the said Peoples State Bank as
such Depository, be required to exe-
cute and enter into bonds within the
time and in the manner required by
Law, to be approved by this Court,
one bond in the sum of $112,000.00
Dollars for the County Funds and in
addition thereto, a separate bond in
the sum of $10,000.00 Dollars for and
covering the School Funds of Ed-
watds County, Texas, these amounts
being the total estimated amounts of
the respective funds of Edwards
County for the next preceeding year.
It it ordered by the Court that the
following named persona be, and they
are herenow appointed to act as Jud-
ges of Elections for the respective
Election Precincts of the County,
who shall continue to act as such for
the ensuing year, and until their resp-1
ective successors are appointed, to-
wit:
Roeksprings, Precinct No. 1, W. W.
Sherrill, presiding judge; Associate
Judges, L. A. Clark, F. J. Jenkins,
H. C. Babb.
Barksdale, Precinct No. 2, D. C.
Bruce, presiding judge; Associate

Joel Craig.
Kickapoo, Precinct No. 3, Luther
Brown, presiding judge; Associate
Judge, Jerry Ellis.
