At the tost of a small jar of ordinary
cold cream one can prepare a full quar-
ter pint of the moat wonderful lemon

by squeezing the juice of two fresh lem-
ons into a Ixittle containing three ounces
of orchard white. Care should be taken !
to strain the juice through a fine cloth

It is a grave mistake for mothers to i.eg-
lect their aches ami pains and suffer in
silence—this ouly leads to chronic sick-
ness and often shortens life.
If your work is tiring; if your nerves^A
excitable; if you feel languid, weary Wt
depressed, you should know that
limulsion overcomes just such cond^Bs.
It possesses in concentrated form the
very elements to invigorate the blood,
strengthen the tissues, nourish the nerves

STOMACH TROUBLE
Mr. Marion Holcomb, of Nancy, Ky., says: “For quite
a long while I suffered with stomach trouble. I would
have pains and a heavy feeling after my meals, a most
disagreeable taste in my mouth. If I ate anything with
butter, oil or grease, I would spit it up. I began to have
regular sick headache. I had used pills and tablets, but
after a course of these, I would be constipated. It just
seemed to tear my stomach all up. I found they were
no good at all for my trouble. I heard
THEDFORD’S
Black-Draught
recommended very highly, so began to use it It cured
me. I keep it in the house all the time. It is the best
liver medicine made. I do not have sick headache or
stomach trouble any more.” Black-Draught acts on
the jaded liver and helps it to do its important work of
throwing out waste materials and poisons from the sys-
tem. This medicine should be in every household for
use in time of need. Oet a package today. If you feel
sluggish, take a dose tonight You will feel fresh to-
morrow. Pr:cc 2oc a package. All druggists.
ONE CENT A DOSE
Calomel salivates! It’s mercury.
Calomel acts like dynamite on a
sluggish liver. When calomel comes
into contact with sour bile it crashes
into it,causing cramping and nausea.
If you feel bilious, headachy, con- , , ,, .
stipnted and all knocked out, just go bouraahouldelape between meals,
to your druggist and got a 50 cent If -V°u are troubled vfTth indi-
Bad Habits.
Those who breakfast at eight
o’clock or later, lunch at twelve
and have dinner at six are almost
certain to be troubled with indi-
gestion. They do not allow time
for one meal to digest before tak-
ing another. Not less than five
bottle of Dodson’s Liver Tone, which
is a harmless vegetable substitute for
dangerous calomel. Take a spoonful
and if it doesn't start your liver and
straighten you up better and quicker
than nasty calomeL-md without unk-
ing you sick, you jufet go back and
get your money.
I f you take calomel today you’ll l»e
sick and nauseated tomorrow; be-
sides, it may salivate you, while if
you take Dodson’s Liver Tone you
will wake up feeling great, full of
ambition and ready for M-ork or play.
It is harmless, pleasant and safe to
give to children; they like it.
