Summer Program
The Aransas Pass for
Youth and the Aransas Pass
Police Department are teaming
up this summer to have every
Friday of the Summer Camp
known as Public Safety Day. A
day for APPD and surrounding
police departments to play
some outdoor games with our
youth. First through fourth
graders will play from 10 a.m.-
11:45 a.m., and fifth through
eighth graders will play from
12:30 p.m.-3 p.m. The games
will be played at Veterans
Memorial Park on North
McCampbell Street. On July 15,
tug of war will be played. Rental
World will be on July 22.
The community is invited
to participate in and join fellow
Christians in Christian Prayer
Walking in and around
Ingleside, Texas. As the group
conducts the Prayer Walk, they
will be carrying a wooden cross
on wheels to represent that
Christians are boldly proclaim-
ing that Jesus is Lord over
Ingleside, Texas. The purpose
and focus is praying for all resi-
dents of Ingleside, Texas, and
for the city itself. The group will
also be praying for issues that
are important to Christians,
including the unity of families,
the men rising up and becom-
ing stronger Christians, the
protection of the city and resi-
dents, the protection of public
servants, increased growth and
prosperity for the city, the lead-
