noon in the Comanche Com-
munity Hospital meeting room.
Members present were
Charles Mazurek, Jimmy Ab-
bey^ Gale Easley and George
Others present were Don
Hopkins, Administrator, and
Kathy Johnston, Board Secre-
tary
The meeting was called to
order at 12:26 p.m. by Presi-
dent Mamuek.
A diacu salon on inou ranee
coverage commenced. Mr. Ab-
bey asptelnod some of the
possibilities discussed and a
report of the approximate
coat of coverage through a
Brownwood firm. Mr. Ellis
moved that Phil Watts be
contacted to set up a meeting
with employees and give firm
figures on coverage costs.
Motion seconded by Easley.
Motion carried.

meeting were reviewed and
approved as presented in a
Commissioners
Court Minutes
Be It Remembered Hut the
Commissioners’ Court of Co-
manche County, Tfexas, met
in Emergency Session on the
14th day of March, 1996, with
the following members present
to wit: John M. Weaver, County
Judge, presiding; Gary Loud-
ermilk, Commissioner, Precinct
fl; Mark Pinson, Commis-
sioner, Precinct #3; Clyde Brin-
son, Commissioners, Precinct
#4. Dwight Biggs, Commis-
sioner, Precinct #2 was not
present.
Judge Weaver called the
meeting to order.
Gary Louder milk made a
motion, seconded by Mark
Pinson to modify the pre-
viously approved emergency
budget amendment to allow
the Commissioners’ Court to
advertise for bids on a used
motorgrader for Precinct #1.
All aye. Motion carried.
Guy Loudermilk made a
motion, seconded by Clyde
Brinson to adjourn. All aye.
Motion carried.
There being no further busi-
ness to come before the Court,
Court was adjourned this 14th

Special Session on the 27th
day of Much, 1996 with the
following members present to
wit; John M. Weaver, County
Judge, presiding; Gary Loud-
ermilk, Commissioner, Precinct
fl; Dwight Biggs, Commis-
sioner, Precinct f2; Muk Pin-
son, Commissioner, Precinct
#3; Clyde Brinson, Commis-
sioner, Precinct f4.
Judge Weaver called the
meeting to order.
Invocation was given by
Judge Weaver.
Minutes of the March 13,
1996 meeting were read. Clyde
Brinson made a motion, sec-
onded by Dwight Biggs to ap-
prove the minutes as read. All
aye. Motion carried.
Ronnie Robinson discussed
electric utility easements.

was discussed.
A security alum system for
the Courthouse was discussed.
Muk Pinson made a motion,
seconded by Gary Loudermilk
to lease an alarm system for a
six month period with option

tion, seconded by Gary Loud-
ermilk to approve Deputation
of Brad Green as Deputy Sher-
iff for the Lake Contract. All
aye. Motion carried.
Clyde Brinson made a mo-
tion, seconded by Muk Pinson
to approve the bond of Brad
Green as Deputy Sheriff. All
aye. Motion canted.
Dwight Biggs made a mo-
tion, seconded by Clyde Brin-
son for the cost of a Brush
Chipper to be split, with each
precinct paying 26 percent of
the cost. All aye. Motion car-
ried.
Bob Whitney met with the
Court to discuss hiring a sum-
mu employee for the Exten-
sion service through the Grant
Program.
Muk Pinson made a motion,
seconded by Clyde Brinson to
approve budget amendments.
All aye. Motion carried.
Gary Loudermilk made a
motion, seconded by Dwight
Biggs to approve emergency
budget amendments. All aye.
Motion carried.
Dwight Biggs made a mo-
tion, seconded by Gary Loud-
ermilk to audit accounts due
and owing and approve pay-
ment thereof in the amount
of $67,708.41. All aye. Motion
carried.
Clyde Brinson made a mo-
tion, seconded by Gary Lou-
dermilk to approve payment
of salaries and related benefits
coming due prior to April 10,
1996 meeting. All aye. Motion
Clyde Brinson made a mo-
tion, seconded by Gary Lou-
dermilk to accept a Resolu-
tion to approve rightr of-way
easement for electric lines and
appliances belonging to Co-
manche County Elecric Coop-
erative. "All aye. Motion cu-
rled.

on Richard TUrner, D.D.S.,
Wesley Mayr, PA-C, and Ken
Phillis, PA-C. Abbey moved
these be approved for Medical
Staff membership and rflnfeal
privileges as recommended by
the Medical Staff.
Mr. Hopkins reported that
he had been notified by Kelly
McDonald of Davis and Wilk-
ereon that we would be unable
to present the legislation on
consolidation of the Comanche
and De Leon Hospital Dis-
tricts in the May election due
to the way the legislation was
written.
Appointment of a director
to replace Dr. Melons was
