Dear Sir:

Boa of Trust to the Lyle heirs for execution in August of last year ver'
coon after we purchased the lease. It also appears that y1u .. Off m .

On August 15, 1939 we redrafted the Waiver of Deed of Trust o
over an objection made by the Lyle heirs and forwarded the instrument e
,.r. E. F. Lyle of Kansas City, Missouri who was to handle the matter of
execution. This instrument, after being executed by all parties, wa:
apparently lost in the mail between Fort Worth, Texas and Kansas City,
Jissouri. On February 26, 1940, I prepared a new Waiver of Deed of Trust
and forwarded this to Mr. Lyle at Kansas City and this was the instrum'.
.hich was finally executed by all parties and submitted to you recently
for examination. In sending the new instrument to Mr. Lyle in Februar:,
I apparently overlooked the fact that you had drafted a suggested form

approach these people for another Subordination Agreement, we may attempt:
to include the royalty interest as well as the leasehold interest in thc
new Subordination Agreement.
wish you would advise me approximately how long it would re-
q_ re to foreclose the vendor's lien held by the Lyle heirs which is not
covered by the Subordination Agreement. Is this foreclosed through the
oburt" or 'erey by 1the olrer of the vendor': lI er

courts, the method to be chosen by the beneficiaries under the Deed of
Trust. I SUpFos t the iDe a - ff rat y als be Pc clozu d bv a f"Ore. u.
