Re: Fulton va Gulf Pipe Line Company, District
Court of Taylor County, Texas..
Mr. .ohn Sayles, Esq.,
Sayles & Sayles,
Attorneys at Law,
Alexander Bldg.,
Abilene, Texas.
Dear Sir:
I have your letter of May lat, 1929,
concerning the above case.. The term at Andrews
is for one week, and I cannot know at what time
during that week Court will take up the suit in
which I am interested. Therefore, I cannot make
any definite statement as to when I will get away
from Andrews.
If there are four jury cases set ahead
of us at Abilene on Konday, April 27th, I would
not think that our case would be reached that
week.
Sincerely yours,
DAVID T. STEPHENS
