ing wore read by Secretary I'rice
and approved.
The ordinance committee was
granted further time in which to
construct the plumbing ordinance.
A petitionfrom residents of Au-
gelo Heights requesting that that
addition bo included in tho city
limits was read .and discussod.
A like petition wns submitted by
Cupt. 0. A. Duiloy for tho admis-
sion of tho Marx & Hlum addition
into tho corporate limits. These
two matters will bo investigated

taken by the city engineer and
an election will probably bo hold

A motion was carried authoriz-
ing City Treasurer 0. E. Hudson

C. K. Hudson addressed the
council in regard to his having
moved a corriguted iron house in
the rear of the Winkler it Hud-
son company store. Tho struct-
ure was removed some twenty-
live foot on the same lot in the
lire limits. This matter was ut
first reported by Marshal Kemp
Mr. Hudson road a communica-
tion from I'. N. Ions tho lire in-
surance agent stating that the
moving of the small building had
lessoned any danger of fire. The
council referred this to the lire
lind yntor committee with power
to net.
Alderman George .1. Ilinl read
an ordinance rcgtiluting tho elec-
tric wiring of buildings in San
Angelo. 'I ho ordinance was sub-
mitted some time ago by the
Texas Fin- Preventing ussocia-
tion and is in strict accord with
the National Electric Code. This
ordinance after some discussion
wan referred to the ordinance
