the construction of a pavement an
South Santa Fe street from the inter-
section of the south line of Improve-
ment District No. 1 to the north line
of Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Reser-
vation. Said pavement in all respects to con-
form with the specifications therefor
prepared by the City Engineer and
now on file in .his office which said
specifications have been pproved by
this council. Said advertisement shall
appear in each issue of - the official
paper which appears during the tan
(10) daj-s prior to the 15th day of
December 1910. All bids must be sealed
and each be accompanied by a certi
