CRUNCHY, PEANUTTY CANDY Crunchy Peanut Brittle,
chock-full of tasty, nutritious peanuts, isn't difficult to

cookie sheet, says the Texas Department of Agriculture
home economist. Making homemade peanut brittle can be a
family activity-there's nothing like an old-fashioned
candy-making session to bring everyone together in the
kitchen.
