A life spent making mistakes is
not only more honorable, but
more useful than a life spent do-
ing nothing.
George Bernard Shaw
When we hear the term “service” many things
come to mind. A time spent in the armed service,
something that we pay to have done, an agreement for
service on a car or appliance... .the list goes on. Seldom
do we think of service as doing for others, willingly,
without thought of expecting anything in return.
Christ showed us the way we are to love and
serve others. There is a story of a little girl that wanted
to serve Christ, but she felt that she was to small and
weak. Someone then told her, “ An engine of one
horsepower, working all the time, can do more for Jesus
than an engine of 100 horsepower standing idle.”
Do you say that you love and follow Christ!
Then put whatever horsepower to work, all the time,
for His glory.
Bro. Randy
