in nutrients
It s no surprise
that nutritionists so
highly recommend
liver as a part of a
well-balanced diet. It
is an outstanding
source of many nutri-
ents, points out the
National Live Stock
and Meat Board. A
3-ounce serving of
fried beef liver sup-
plies 50 percent of the
U.S. Recommended
Daily Allowance for
firotein, 40 percent of
he needed iron, 40
percent of the vita-
min C, 210 percent of
the riboflavin and a
whopping 910 percent
of vitamin A. At only
200 calories, liver is a
real nutritional bar-
gain!

Hot Springs is the

of shops you’ll find

thing from rocks to
baskets to pottery to
valuable paintings
and antiques. And
you haven’t really
seen Hof Springs un-
til you stop in at one
of the auctions along
the town’s main
street, Central Ave-

things such as furni-

expensive antique),
paintings-and china
— you name it,
they're probably
trying to sell it. Just

The city’s Oak

tourists year round.
And for that reason
you can find plenty
of restaurants with
a wide range of
