SENIOR SHOWMANSHIP WINNER-A Smyer FFA member,
Chelsea Sherrill, was named the Senior Rabbit Showmanship Award
winner by rabbit show judge Pam Lamb last Wednesday evening. She
earned a belt buckle for the showmanship award. The young lady also
showed the Grand Champion Fancy Doe which went on to be selected
as the Supreme Champion Doe for the 2005 Hockley County Junior

JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP WINNER-Jon Little, an Anton FFA
members, was named the Junior Rabbit Showmanship Award winner
by rabbit show judge Pam Lamb last Wednesday evening. He earned

COMPETITION—A number of
young 4-H and FFA members
competed in the junior
showmanship competition which
was staged after the rabbits were
judged. The youngsters were
judged on their ability to show
their rabbits as well as their
knowledge about their animals.

a Ropes 4-H’er, won fourth and
Tessa Ferguson, another Ropes 4-
H'er, placed fifth.
