Figs I am under the impression that the preserving of figs is likely to be on a very limited scale this year; so in sending you a copy of my letter of today to Walter Woodul I suggest that you compile a list of those to whom you want them sent. If you will send me a copy of the list, I will be glad to phone you any suggestions pro or con. Lee is out of town, but will be back by the 7th or 8th of this month. I would want his reaction about the in- stallations that you su{gested to me on yesterday are incumbent on Imperial Sugar Company, though I am sure he, as well as Harris and I, will be governed by your recommendation of what is needed. So you have time, if you think it advisable, to prepare a written memo- randum of the items you discussed with and recommended to me on yesterday. I. i. Kempner 11 encl
