The Texas Water
Rights Commission has
approved the sale at
$850,000 which will fi-
nance the installation of
utility facilities for sec-
tion five of Sagemeadow
and section 4 of Kirk-
wood South in the Sage-
meadow Utility District.
Construction is pres-
ently underway for the
utility facilities through
funds provided by Ay-
shire Development until
the bonds can be sold.
According to Jack Re-
vell, president of SMUD,
the Texas Water Rights
Commission app roved
the bond sale in spite of
the fact that the utility
construction plans did
not include an additional
$350,000 which was once
thought necessary for
the construction of an
above ground water
storage facility.
