6-cylinder Mustang saves you money three ways: on low initial cost, low

a cost of $10,000,000, has at-

They should be pruned in late
w inter or early spring after dan-
ger of frost is over and when
new growth begins.
Hone owners often become
concerned about the loss of le- _ .
aves from their favorite ever-j sense of God,s all worthiness,
greens during winter and early 1
spring. In most instances there's
actually no cause for alarm. As
the old leaf matures and is no
longer functional due to shad
ing or crowding by younger lea
ves, it v.~: turn yellow or brown
and drop off. The liveoak tree
will lose all its old leaves each
spring as the new growth starts
and for a period of a week or
two, will appear almost bare.
Most hollies also shed their,
leaves in spring or early sum-
mer as the new foliage matures.
Ihe Southern Magnolia will
shed most of its leaves through-
out the spring and summer. On
most coniferous plant, the an-
| nual leaf or needle drop goes

the fall after the new foliage
l is mature. The needles yellow
i toward the center usually drop
in late fall or winter, and are
obvious only when you notice
‘ the heavy cover of needles on
j the ground below the tree.
