Intervener alleges that as of
September 27, 1948, defendant J.
A. Edmiston, Jr., d/b/a Edmiston
Drilling Company, owed to inter-
vener Internal Revenue taxes, plus
interest and penalties, as follows:
Federal Unemployment Taxes for
year 1947, $221.71; Federal In-
surance Contributions Taxes for
third quarter of the year 1947,
$627.81; Federal Insurance Con-
tributions Taxes for fouth quarter
of year 1847, $632.55; Withholding
Taxes for third quarter of year
1947, $3745.89; Withholding Taxes
for fourth quarter of year 1947,
$1565.10; together with interest at
six per cent per annum on all of
said taxes from September 27,
194$, until paid, and that for said
taxes, interest and penalties inter-
vener has a lien upon all pr oer-
ty and rights to property, whether
real or personal, found in said suit
to belong to defendant J. A. Xd-
