The bride is the daughter of

The bride given in marriage by

white shantung dress fashioned
with a fitted bodice, round neck-
line, elbow length sleeves and a
bouffant skirt. She wore a white
velvet hat with a short veil. Her
only jewelry was a single pearl
worn on a chain around, her neck.
She carried a white Bible topped
with white carnations and snow-
drif chrysanthemums.
Miss Ann McSpadden, served as
maid of honor. She wore a street
length beige dress with matching
accessories,
white mum.
Neil Pace served the groom as
best man.

Jeffers, a retired farmer, was

Mrs. McCaleb was honored with
a lingerie shower .Thursday after-
noon in the Fellowship Hall of the
First Christian Church.
Mrs. Hershel Wilson registered
the guests and directed them to
the tea table. - - -
The table was laid with a lace
cloth over blue and centered with
an arrangement consisting of a
heart vase filled with white mums,
a boy and girl figurine and satin
streamers extending from the
center piece.

A brief statement of the nature
of this suit is as follows, to-wit:
After alleging jurisdiction, plain-
tiff further alleges that she and i
defendant, were married on or
about June 25, 1952, when by rea-
son of cruel, harsh and tyranni-
cal treatment on the part of the
defendant toward this plaintiff
without cause or provocation, was
of such a nature as to render
their further living togeteher in
supportable; that there were sev-
en children born as issue of this
I marriage, four of which are min-
Jors and that defendant
able to’ contribute to the support
of said minor children; there is
no community property.
Wherefore, plaintiff prays that-
defendant be cited to appear and
answer herein, and that upon
trial hereof, she have judgment
for divorce and for such other and
further relief, in law or in equity,
to which she may show herself
justly entitled,
as is more fully shown by Plain-
tiff's Petition on file in this suit.
If this citation is not served
within ninety days after the date
of issuance, it shall be returned
unserved.
The Officer executing this pro-
cess shall promptly execute the
same according to law and make
due return as the law directs.
Issued and given under my hand
and the Seal of said Court, at of-
fice in Wichita Falls, Texas, this
