OF STOCKHOLDERS MEETING
Notice Is hereby Riven that pursu-
ant to n resolution passed by the
Board of Directors of the Cisco &
Northeastern Railway Company on the
18th day of March 1021 a special
mooting of the stockholders of the
Company has licen called to be held
and will convene nnd be held at the
office of the Company In Cisco Texan
at 1 :00 o'clock P. M. on the 2.1rd day of
April 1021 for the purpose of consid-
ering and determining the following
matters:
1. Authorizing the Board of Direc-
tors and proper officers of the Com-
pany to so amend Its charter that the
Bonrd of Directors of the Company
shall consist of nine (0) person.
2. Authorizing the Bonrd of Direc-
tors and proper officers of the Com-
pany to make application to the
Railroad Commission of Texas nnd
to the Interstate Commerce Com-
j mission for authority to execute
land deliver on behalf of the Company
'its firt mortgage C per cent Gold
I Bonds of the prlncipnl sum of $100000
each to an amount not Una than $.10-
1 000.00 per mile on the railroad now
owned by the Company and on that
'which it may hereafter construct or
acquire payalde at such Jime as may
ind. for the purpose of securing: the
payment of wild bonds to execute and
deliver on behalf of the Company a
first mortgage or deed of trust upon
all of the properties rights and fran-
chises which It now owns or which It
may hereafter acquire wherever situ-
ate ; aud for authority of the directors
nnd proper officers of the Company to
execute and deliver said bonds and
mortgage on behalf of the Company
after authority to do so shall hnve
been obtained from the Texas Railroad
Commission and from the Interstate
Commerce Commission.
