Mr. and Mrs. Herman W. Rae-
ke of Smithville visited kinfolks
at and near Industry, Sunday
evening.
A number of Industry folks
went to Fayetteville school chic-
ken dinner. Sunday. Entertain-
ment by the school band under
the direction of Mr. Parma, and
songs by groups of pupils under
the direction of Mrs. V <ola Spiess
was enjoyed.
Mr. and Mrs Edwin A. Raeke
visited patients at the Bellville
hospital. Saturday.
Memorial Services
A beautiful Memorial Service
was held at the Methodist ceme-
tery at Industry, Sunday after-
noon at 3:00. Rev. A. M. Roos
had an appropriate message; Mr.
Herman Raeke read the names of
the four members who departed
this life in the past year; Mr.
Herman Weiss had a prayer : and
the choir rendered several select-
ions and all joined in the closing
song
