who was stopped has outstanding warrant from Texarkana. One
* subject arrested and placed in City Jail and later transferred io
Wichita County Jail.
7:12 a.m. — Request for an officer to come to a residence in 200
block of North Electra and remove an unwanted subject from the
residence. One warning ticket issued on criminal trespassing
8:34 a.m. — Caller advised another subject had items she wanted
returned.
8:41 p.m. — Caller reported more stolen items not included on
earlier investigation. Will come to station and speak with officer.
11:32 p.m. — Caller reported subject laying on porch. Subject
checked okay.

To: Marvin B. Oldham and Frona Oldham and the unknown owner or unknown Texas 30th Judicial District and the file number of said suit is 36,512-A that
owners anti any and all other persons unknown, including adverse claimants the names of all taxing units which assess and collect taxes on the property
owning, having or claiming any legal or equitable interest in or Hen upon the real hereinabove described not made parties to this suit are: None
property hereinafter described; the heirs and legal representatives and unknown Plaintiffs and all other taxing units who may set up their tax claims herein seek
heirs and legal representatives of each of the above named and mentioned recovery of delinquent ad valorem taxes on the property hereinabove described.
And, in addition to the taxes, all interest, penalties and costs allowed by law
thereon, up to and including the day of judgement herein, and the establishment
