foggy and cold this week! It's
good to see the sunshine once
again! we have so much
sunshine in Dell Valley, that
a few days of clouds are just
hard to take still maintain
our valley can boast of a cli-
mate unsurpassed by any other
locality.... Deer hunters, plus
quail hunters, made Sunday
morning sound like Coney Is-
land. ... haven't heard of one
deer being shot in the vicinity,,
however.... NICE TO READ
about the bouquet handed to
our Coach Sturtz... .having
had a college football scholar-
ship to his credit, as well as
several championships, need
we say more actions speak
louder than words

ing with the Michael Lynches,

stry and Robbie Belk.

While the James Pritchett's
were in Bryan attending the
Texas A8M game against Tex-
as, Eldon McCutcheon was
"home" taking care of the
Dell City Water Supply. We
hear that the Pritchett's really
had a "ball".

Gene Lutrick attended the
Farm Bureau Convention in
Austin recently, he received

ceremonies in the State
Capitol where the mineral
rights of the proposed Guada-
lupe National Park were
deeded over by Texaco.
Governor John Connally,
Attorney General Crawford
Martin, State Senator, Joe
Christie and state represen-
tative, Gene Hendryx were
present.
