Glynn Walker. Danny Willis joined the
meeting at a later time. Guest present
was Rita Bruton.
A presentation was given by Rita
Bruton concerning agent of record
status for employee health insurance.
Walker reported that Anna Wells
had resigned and that there were no

Zucchini Relish
Dice or grind:
10 cups zucchini
5 large green peppers
5 jalapenos
7-8 onions
1-2 red peppers for color
2/3 cup salt sprinkled over all
Cover with water and soak about
two hours. Drain and rinse with cold
water.
Then mix separately:
4 cups sugar
6 cups vinegar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons tumeric
4 tablespoons tumeric
4 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoon* celery seed
2 teaspoons black pepper
After mixing, pour over first mix-
30 minutes. Pack in prepared jars. utes. Put into hot jars and seal.
Makes 10-11 pints.
Jalapeno Peppers
Jalapeno peppers
1 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
Seed peppers (use rubber or plas-
tic gloves); pack in prepared jars.
Mix other ingredients and bring to
a boil. Pour over peppers and seal.
Allow to stand several weeks. These
are sweet/sour, and are not terribly
hot. Delicious!

Supply and Coopuaen Car Show will

I've just finished my latest photo
montage. I had a friend of mine who
is good with a saw cut out the shape
of Texas from a piece of good, solid
wood. He simply put a map down
on the wood, drew an outline of the
state, then cut it out. Texas has some
wonderful travel magazines with
excellent photos. The Texas State
Travel Guide has some of the best.
My wife and I took that magazine,
cut out pictures from San Antonio,
put them were San Antonio is on the
map and did the same thing for all
