A Problem Wltfa
— i
Dear Voters of Comanche County,
One of the most serious problems that
continues to plague all of our law enforcement
agencies is the failure to communicate one with
the other to prevent the occurrence of crime and
to apprehend the offender. I pledge that I will do
everything within my power to prevent petty
jealousies among agencies from working in
favor of the criminal.
It is not important who gets credit for solving a
crime or who gets their name in the paper, but
that the crime is solved
I do not believe there is any acceptable
excuse for a case having to be dismissed against
a criminal because a peace officer does not
follow proper procedures in making arrest and
seizing evidence'
I pledge to see that all Comanche County
Sheriffs Deputies are trained in the lawful rules
of search and seizure.
Do not let the criminals off on technicalities. I
ask that you vote for me on May 5th for Sheriff of
Comanche County.
