L Suday School class of ths First
Baptist Church was held Tues-
day, September 19, in the Tee*
reation hall of the church.
After the meal was served
a short business meeting was
held. Mrs. Jim Truelove had
charge of the devotional period.

Jury Reports In
1 Damage Suit
An 18th District Court jury
L Thursday returned its findings
, in the ease of Kairen Jewell
. Kendrick and N. P. Kendrick
vs. Billy Myers and John M.
Clark Rambler Co.
Miss Kendrick, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. N. P. Kendrick,
claimed injury as the result of
an automobile accident that oc-
curred on W. Henderson St. in
Cleburne May 22, 1966.
Myers was driver of the other
car involved. The car was alleg-
edly owned by the John M. Clark
Co.
In answering questions sub-
mitted as special issues by
Judge Penn Jackson, the jury
found that the amount of money
that would reasonably and fairly
compensate Miss Itendrick for
her injuries was $3,650.
■ The jury did not find that she
would suffer loss of earnings I
af ter she is 21 as a result of the
collision and found that Ken-
drick was deprived of the use
of his automobile 86 days.
